Practicing the Moving Exercise
You will feel a heaviness on the underside of your forearms and a slight expanding in the back (of the shoulders). This exercise may also be performed with loose fists, and as you imagine thrusting, slightly tilt the wrist downward and extend the shoulder very slightly forward (figs. 8.23â8.25).
